This year, more than any other year prior, I have doodled most of my Christmas cards myself. I’ve found it is a nice way to practice free-hand, without any purpose, straight from my brain, drawing. It isn’t something I do often. Initially, it is almost difficult to think what to draw. Once I get a small idea however, it has no problem growing as I touch marker to paper.
